Empty Bowls is a community event in Santa Fe, New Mexico Sunday, November 16th from 1:30-4:30p MST hosted by Abstract Picnic Events Committee members & we.gro.eco at the Genoveva Chavez Community Center. In the summer, they hosted a throwdown at Paseo Pottery to fundraise and help make bowls for the event in November. Tickets are $20-50 and invites guests to pick a handcrafted bowl to enjoy a community meal of soup & bread that supports local food sovereignty. Guests will be able to take the bowl home with them.
